A Casual Atmosphere with Serious Faith

God says that we are all sinners:
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23

God tells us the reason all are sinners:
"Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned" Romans 5:12

God tells us the result of sin:
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

God tells us of his concern for sinners:
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

God's plan of Salvation is made plain:
"That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9

He paid a debt He did not owe, because we had a debt we could not pay.

Despite the power of prayer, prayer is simply a conversation with God. To accept Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior simply say a prayer such as this:

Dear Lord, I come to you a sinner, that just means, I've done things you don't approve of. I ask that you forgive me, come into my life, and be Lord of my life from this day forward. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
